Child safety standards
Published 29 August 2026
VibeKind is for adults aged 18 and older. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to sexualize, contact, or exploit a person under 18.
Prohibited conduct and content
Members may not upload, request, share, promote, threaten to share, or link to CSAM or sexual content involving a minor. Members may not misrepresent their age, solicit sexual contact with minors, groom or coerce minors, facilitate trafficking, or use VibeKind to move such activity to another service. Apparent violations may result in content removal, immediate account restriction or termination, and preservation of relevant records where legally permitted.
Reporting in VibeKind
A member can open the safety action on a profile or conversation, choose Underage concern or Sexual content, add details, and submit a private report. Members can also block or unmatch; blocking ends contact in both directions. The reported person is not told who submitted the report.
Review and escalation
Safety reports are reviewed and can lead to account suspension, removal, and appeal handling. VibeKind complies with applicable child safety laws and reports apparent CSAM or child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional or national authority when required by law. We respond to valid legal requests and preserve only the records needed for safety, fraud, dispute, or legal obligations.
Contact
Report concerns in the app whenever possible so the report is tied to the relevant account and conversation. The designated child-safety contact is reppingai@gmail.com. Do not email illegal imagery or forward CSAM. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
